Welcome!
ALL HANDS MEETING & FIRST TRAINING THURSDAY AUGUST 26TH D4 6:00-8PM New docent training from 6-7, art project training 7-8. If you are a returning docent, you only need to attend the 7-8 art training. This first meeting is in D4, the rest will be in H6.

Martinez Aril 15-June 1, supplies available April 7th
ART WALK- THURSDAY FEBRUARY 24TH More information to follow.
Optional at School Training Dates all at 7pm in H6-
If you are going to attend an at School Evening Training, please respond to our Evite. We will send one out 1 week before training. You will need to respond within 48 hours of the training. If we don't hear from any docents, we will not have the training.

Communication Guidelines
* Please confirm with the teacher 48 hours in advance.
* Before you cancel, try to find a sub-docent from your class. If you have to cancel, please reschedule as soon as possible. Use the docent list under MTM Documents.
* Be sure your teacher has all of your contact info, Full Name, Childs Full name (in case last names are different) email address, phone number. This will also be helpful in case there is a substitute.
* If you have to cancel the day of your presentation/art, please call the office directly and speak to Cathy or Trish so they can get a message to the teacher. Teacher's don't always check voicemail or email during the school day.
Communication is a key component to our success!
ARTSONIA
We will not be continuing the Artsonia program this year. You can still purchase items on the site with photos from previous years. They will still be on www.artsonia.com. If you want this years art photographed, you will need to do it on your own. We can give you the information needed to upload the art. Please email Raelynn for info at sharp5inedh@yahoo.com
