Training Dates : All art trainings are on Thursday evenings from 7-8 in H2. We will send out an Evite 1 week before the training. If there are no responses we will not have a training.
Hokusai 3-22
Training at home: You are welcome to train at home. The Art Directions are on the website under MTM Documents under your artist. Supplies available means that the paper goods needed to complete a project will be available if you want to train at home. If there are any paint/pastel/brush type of supplies needed, you will need to supply them yourself.
Art Walk set for Thursday February 23rd from 6-8pm.
Communication Guidelines
* Please confirm with the teacher 48 hours in advance. This will be especially helpful when there is a substitute teacher. You will need the teachers password to be able to use the laptop. Make sure the substitute will have that info.
* Before you cancel, try to find a sub-docent from your class. If you have to cancel, please reschedule as soon as possible. Use the docent list under MTM Documents.
* Be sure your teacher has all of your contact info, Full Name, Childs Full name (in case last names are different) email address, phone number. This will also be helpful in case there is a substitute.
* If you have to cancel the day of your presentation/art, please call the office directly and speak to Cathy or Trish so they can get a message to the teacher. Teacher's don't always check voicemail or email during the school day.

ARTSONIA
We will not be continuing the Artsonia program this year. You can still purchase items on the site with photos from previous years. They will still be on www.artsonia.com. If you want this years art photographed, you will need to do it on your own. We can give you the information needed to upload the art. Please email Raelynn for info at sharp5inedh@yahoo.com
