* Please confirm with the teacher 48 hours in advance. This will be especially helpful when there is a substitute teacher.
* If for any reason you are unable to teach the lesson on the day you are scheduled try to find a sub-docent from your class. If you have to cancel, please communicate with your teacher and reschedule as soon as possible. Use the docent list under MTM Documents.
* Be sure your teacher has all of your contact info, Full Name, Childs Full name (in case last names are different) email address, phone number. This will also be helpful in case there is a substitute.
* If you suddently have to cancel the day of your presentation/art, please call the office directly and speak to Sharla or Lorilei so they can get a message to the teacher. Teachers don't always check voicemail or email during the school day.
